Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix Kalacs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast (included in mix)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. lukewarm milk
    1 box hot roll mix
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar and yeast in lukewarm water in a cup until mixture foams up.
    Heat milk to lukewarm and add butter.
    Stir until melted and then add eggs.
    Mix well; add yeast mixture. Combine with flour mixture thoroughly; knead well.
    Form into a round mold and place in a greased bowl.
    Cover with a towel and set in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
    Roll out about 1/4-inch thick, spread with nut filling.
    Roll up, folding ends under. Place in a well-greased baking pan and brush top with beaten mixture of 1 egg yolk and 1 teaspoon milk.
    Cover and let rise for 1 hour in warm place.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
