Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 egg
    1 lb. ground meat
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
    dash of pepper
    pinch of marjoram
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix meat, rice, egg, 1/2 cup tomato juice, onion and seasoning.
    Form into 1 to 1 1/2-inch balls.
    Put into large skillet with lid.
