Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    2 cans cherry pie filling
    2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (12 oz.) can Cool Whip
    4 or 5 sliced bananas
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 jar maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Bake cake mix as directed.
    Let cool.
    Crumble half the cake into small pieces and place in bottom of punch bowl.
    Mix pudding with
    4
    cups
    milk.
    Pour 1/2 of pudding over cake in bowl.
    Add 1 can pie filling (smooth over).
    Add 1 can pineapple and layer of 1 1/2 cups bananas. Repeat. Crumble cake, add pudding
    over
    cake, add
    pie
    filling\t(smooth
    over), 1 can pineapple and layer of 1 1/2 cups bananas. Top with Cool Whip, cherries and pecans. Chill.
