Lemon Breeze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3 pkg. instant lemon pudding
8 oz. pkg. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. confectioners sugar
5 c. cold milk
Preparation

Melt butter and pour into oblong pan.
Stir in flour and pat out in bottom.
Bake 5 to 7 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until light brown. Let crust cool.
Mix cream cheese and sugar in bowl.
Put on top of cooled crust.
This is one layer.
Mix pudding and milk until thick and pour over cream cheese mixture.
Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate for 2 hours.
