Jiffy Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/3 stick margarine

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and spoon into a muffin pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
