Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of salt
    Crisco solid shortening (about the size of duck egg)
    3/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Sift together first 3 ingredients.
    Work together flour and shortening until it looks like cornmeal.
    Add cold water; form into a ball of dough.
    This will make about 6 pie crusts.
    I freeze crust until I get ready to use it.
    Put in pie pans in a plastic bag to freeze it.
