Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 1/2 c. scalded milk
    1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon to taste
    raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Put rice in a Pammed pan.
    Combine milk, eggs and sugar and pour over rice.
    Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven until a knife inserted comes out clean.
    (This works better if the pan is placed inside a pan of hot water to cook.)
    As baking, sprinkle the top with cinnamon.
    I usually sprinkle some into the milk mixture before I pour it over the rice.
    Delicious hot or cold.
