Dill-Sauced Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fresh or frozen salmon steaks
    1 small onion, quartered
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    boiling water
    1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Advance Preparation:
    Thaw frozen fish.
    Place on greased rack in 10-inch skillet.
    Add boiling water to cover.
    Add quartered onion and 2 teaspoons salt.
    Simmer, covered, until fish flakes easily, 5 to 10 minutes.
    Carefully remove fish.
    Cover; chill well.
