Pork Chops 'N Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. brown rice
    1 cube beef bouillon
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in shortening.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Put beef bouillon in boiling water and salt.
    Pour water into a large pan.
    Add rice and put pork chops on top.
    Place chopped onion on top of rice and chops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a covered pan.
