Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. baking potatoes (4 medium), peeled and shredded
    2 Tbsp. onion, grated
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter flavor Crisco
Preparation
    Rinse and drain potatoes.
    In medium mixing bowl, combine potatoes, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well.
    In large skillet, melt butter.
    Add potatoes; spread evenly in pan.
    Cook over medium-high heat for 13 to 15 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
    Serves 4 to 6.
