Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags Stella D'Oro Anginetti cookies
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    3 oz. cream cheese
    6 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and crushed pineapple.
    Carefully cut each cookie in half.
    Spread cream cheese mixture on 1/2 cookie; put top on mixture.
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
