Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. oil (I use Crisco)
3 eggs
3 c. diced apples
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts, chopped (pecans)
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Mix with spoon until thoroughly moist.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool; turn out on plate.
