Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. green chilies
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. creamed corn
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. corn meal
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, milk, oil, corn and chopped chilies.
    Pour batter in 2 well-greased 9-inch square pans.
    Cover top with grated cheese (about 1 cup).
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
