Pennsylvania Dutch Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. molasses
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, salt and spices.
Cut into butter.
Reserve 1 cup.
Combine lemon juice, milk and baking soda.
Add to flour mixture along with egg, molasses and raisins.
Pour into greased 11 x 7-inch pan.
Sprinkle reserved mixture over top.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
