Apple Blossom Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Mazola oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. each: cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples (raw, unpeeled)

Preparation

Cream oil and sugar.
Add eggs and beat well.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to sugar and egg mixture.
Add vanilla.
Add nuts and apples last and beat well.
Bake in tube pan 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0 (or until done).
