Beer Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

3 3/4 c. biscuit mix
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg
1 (12 oz.) can beer
Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden, 45 to 50 minutes. Cool and cut generous slices, 1/2-inch thick for best flavor.
