Toffee Treasure Cake Or Heath Bar Cake - cooking recipe

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. margarine, softened
2 eggs
1/4 c. chopped nuts
3 large Heath bars
1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Generously grease and lightly flour 9 or 10-inch Bundt pan. Combine 1/4 cup sugar with cinnamon; set aside.
No need to sift flour.
In large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients except nuts, candy bars and 1/4 cup melted margarine.
Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
Spoon 1/2 of batter into prepared pan.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Spoon remaining batter into pan.
Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture, then with nuts, crushed candy bars.
Pour 1/4 cup melted margarine over batter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, until top springs back when touched lightly in center.
Cool upright in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan.
If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
