Quelites(Spinach) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spinach
    3 Tbsp. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chile seed
    2 to 3 slices bacon
Preparation
    Wash
    the
    spinach and cook 15 minutes or until tender. Fry chopped
    onions
    and bacon in butter.
    Add spinach, salt, vinegar and chili seed.
    Cook 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
