Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 whole orange
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped celery
2 pkg. (small) lemon jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation

Grind cranberries and whole orange (remove seeds first). Add 2 cups of sugar and let stand.
Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 cups hot water, let cool.
Combine all ingredients and put in large or individual molds.
Chill until firm.
Serves 10 to 12 people.
