Sunshine Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/3 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. honey
1/3 c. pure maple syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can juice-packed peaches, drained and chopped
2 egg whites (unbeaten)
2 (4 oz.) jars sweet potato baby food puree
3/4 c. chopped dates
2 egg whites, beaten
1/3 c. fruit-juice-sweetened peach preserves, melted

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In large mixing bowl, combine flour, 3/4 teaspoon baking soda, cream of tartar, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Set aside.
