Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 bell pepper
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cans creamed corn
    1 egg
    1 small jar pimento
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter; put onion and bell pepper in Pyrex dish.
    Mix all other ingredients, then pour butter mixture in.
    Put grated cheese on top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
