Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
2 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk

Preparation

Mix everything together except for the eggs and milk. Keep 2 cups of the mixture back for the top of cake. Beat eggs and milk together, then mix into the cake mixture. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with the rest of the cake mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
