Avocado Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sieved avocado
1 clove garlic
3 Tbsp. parsley, minced
3/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. onion, grated
1/2 tsp. mustard
few drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Cut avocado into halves; remove seed and skin.
Sieve by forcing fruit through.
Rub bowl with garlic and discard garlic. Add avocado with other ingredients; blend well.
Chill.
Yield:
1 cup.
