Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat together oil, vanilla, eggs and sugar; sift together remaining ingredients.
    Mix liquid mixture with dry mixture.
    Dice and fold in 3 cups apples.
    Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Serve with Cool Whip.
