Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    4 to 6 potatoes, cut up
    4 to 6 carrots, cut up
    4 celery stems, cut up
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Tapioca
    2 tsp. salt
    2 or 3 c. tomato juice, depending on desired thickness
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake 5 hours, covered, at 250\u00b0. Do not uncover while cooking.
