Frosty-Dipped Bananas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. bar milk chocolate
1 1/2 c. chopped peanuts
4 bananas, halved crosswise
Preparation

In small heavy saucepan over very low heat, melt chocolate, stirring constantly. Do not add any liquid. Remove from heat and transfer to shallow dish. Insert wooden picks into fruit. Roll bananas into chocolate, then immediately in chopped peanuts. Place on wax paper lined cookie sheet. Freeze until firm. If not eaten the same day, wrap in moisture, vaporproof wrap and return to the freezer. Makes 8.
