Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    3 leaves and stalk from inside celery, chopped
    1 large onion
    salt and pepper
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, celery and onion with enough water to cover, until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook over low heat until cheese melts.
