Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. plain gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. diced cucumbers
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 pinch garlic salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water.
    Dissolve over low heat; then cool.
    Beat cream cheese and remaining ingredients.
    Blend in gelatin and chill.
