Hot Crabmeat Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 c. all-purpose flour
salt to taste
4 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Bring water and margarine to a boil. Add flour and salt. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth. Drop teaspoonfuls of batter onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes and remove from baking sheet.
