Ingredients

2 c. canned, diced beets
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Drain beets; save liquid.
Mix sugar and flour.
Add vinegar, liquid from beets, butter, salt and paprika.
Cook in saucepan until mixture thickens.
Add beets and cook 5 minutes longer on low heat.
