Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, sliced
1 bell pepper, cut in strips
2 onions, cut in rings
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. black pepper
Preparation
-
Cook carrots in salted water until done.
Drain well.
Heat other ingredients.
Add to carrots.
Marinate 2 to 4 hours.
