Sweet Potato Mallow - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sweet potatoes (3 medium)
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. mace
3/4 c. mini marshmallows

Preparation

Cook potatoes and heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In small bowl, combine sweet potatoes, sour cream, egg yolk, salt and mace.
Beat on medium speed until smooth.
Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole and top with marshmallows.
Bake for 30 minutes until marshmallows are puffed and golden brown.
