Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. butter, softened
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour milk (1 Tbsp. vinegar to 1 c. milk)
1 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch baking pan or baking dish.
Set oven at 350\u00b0.
Cream sugar, egg and butter together until fluffy.
Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together.
Gradually beat into butter mixture.
Add vanilla and milk.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in blueberries.
Pour into cake pan or dish.
Bake 50 minutes.
Test.
Frosting or drizzled frosting on top after cooling is optional.
