Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cake flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 level tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. drained crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix the flour, sugar and baking soda together.
    Add oil, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat in mixer at medium speed.
    Dough will be stiff. Add pineapple.
    Mix with spoon.
    Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
    Pour batter into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pan 25 minutes before removing.
    Powder with confectioners sugar or you may apply your favorite icing.
