Hot Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    4 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place milk in 2-quart casserole.
    Heat on full power for 9 to 11 minutes or until heated through and temperature of 190\u00b0F is reached.
    Stir halfway through heating time.
    Beat egg yolks with sugar and spices in small bowl.
    Stir one cup of hot milk into egg mixture, then gradually blend all of egg mixture into milk.
    Heat on full power for 2 or 3 1/2 minutes or until warmed.
    Stir halfway through heating time.
    Stir in vanilla.
