Zippy Onion Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1/3 c. oil

Preparation

Cut potatoes in 1-inch cubes, leaving skins on potatoes.
Put potatoes in large Ziploc bag with onion soup mix and oil; shake to coat.
Pour into shallow baking dish.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
