Crumb Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. raisins (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
1 tsp. soda
1 c. shortening

Preparation

In bowl,
cut
shortening
into flour, spices, salt and sugar. Reserve
1
cup for later.
Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased
9-inch square pan.
Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
