Walnut Sauce Over Pasta(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. walnuts
    2 garlic cloves
    1/2 c. part skim Ricotta cheese
    1 c. low-fat milk
    1 lb. cooked fettucine
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients in a blender until smooth. Toss with cooked fettucine. Garnish with walnuts.
    Serves 4.
