Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread
1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. grated cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Tear up bread and cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Brown and drain sausage.
Then sprinkle over bread.
Sprinkle grated cheese over this.
Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper together.
Pour mixture over bread and sausage.
Refrigerate uncovered overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
