Chinese Meatball Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. won bok
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. grated ginger
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    5 water chestnuts, minced
    1 tsp. sherry
    2 tsp. salt
    6 c. canned chicken broth
    6 1/3 oz. can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Cut won bok in 2-inch slices.
    Combine pork and next 6 ingredients (only 1/2 salt).
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Heat stock.
    Gently add meatballs; simmer 20 minutes covered.
    Add won bok, mushrooms and salt to taste and simmer 5 more minutes.
