Spiked Kielbasa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. kielbasa, cut diagonally in 1/2-inch slices (smoked sausage, bratwurst, etc. may be substituted)
1 c. beer (without foam)
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
Preparation

In large skillet, combine sausage and beer.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
In small bowl, stir together other 4 ingredients. Stir into sausage.
Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute or until slightly thickened.
