Crustless Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    dash of salt
    1 c. coconut (optional)
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, flour and nutmeg (if used) until smooth. Add milk and salt.
    Fold in coconut (if used).
    Grease pie dish. It makes it's own crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes; this prevents a soggy crust.
