Tex-Mex Chicken Fiesta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. cold water
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    2 c. Minute rice
    2 c. cooked chicken
    1/4 c. diced red pepper
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together soup, water, chili powder and cumin.
    Cook 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring.
    Add all remaining ingredients, except 1/2 cup each cheese.
    Spoon mixture into 10 x 6-inch dish. Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
