Angel Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. crushed soda crackers
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar a little at a time. Add vanilla.
Fold in crushed crackers and chopped pecans.
Pour in pie crust and spread using back of spoon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until light brown.
Let cool.
