Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 egg
5 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Mix flour and shortening.
Add salt.
Add egg, vinegar and water, enough to make a dough.
Knead slightly.
Flour and roll out.
