Refrigerator Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes as usual in salted water and drain.
Whip until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
Cool.
Cover and place in refrigerator.
May be used anytime within 2 weeks.
