Crackling Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. cream-style corn
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. cracklings
    1/2 c. melted shortening
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt, baking powder and sugar into cornmeal in large bowl; mix well. Mix eggs, corn, milk, cracklings and shortening in bowl. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened. Pour into 8 x 8-inch baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until corn bread tests done.
