Marinated Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. cabbage, grated
1 large green pepper, diced
1 (2 oz.) can pimiento, diced
1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 c. water
Preparation

Combine sugar, vinegar and water in a medium saucepan.
Boil for 1 minute, then cool to lukewarm.
Combine all other ingredients in medium mixing bowl; pour warm liquid over cabbage mixture.
Stir thoroughly; store in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
