Pork Chop And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. regular rice
    1 onion, chopped and sauteed in 1 stick margarine
    2 cans beef consomme
    5 or 6 pork chops
Preparation
    Stir rice, sauteed onion and beef consomme all together. Place rice mixture in baking dish.
    Place pork chops on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
