Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, etc.)
    1 c. mayo or Miracle Whip or 1/2 c. mayo and 1/2 c. sour cream
    2 pkg. Ranch dressing (dry)
Preparation
    Roll out crescent rolls flat onto large baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 11 to 13 minutes.
    Mix the softened cream cheese, mayo and dry Ranch dressing.
    Spread over cooled crust.
    (May cut little squares if preferred before topping with vegetables.)
    Cut up vegetables into tiny, bite size pieces.
    Spread over top.
